150-180 TPH crushing process

Compared with the former two small crushing plants, this
crushing plant is of capacity 150-180 tph. In this crushing and screening
plant, we choose vibrating feeder to feed jaw crusher PE750*1060 whose capacity
can be up to 130-260 tph. Secondary crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1315
whose capacity is 160-260 tph. Vibrating screen is also used for screening
materials with different sizes.

Working process of sand making production line

The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed materials whose size is larger than 40 mm are transferred to vsi crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to vsi crusher, after being washed by sand washers, then clean final products will be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the vsi crusher, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. Sizes of final products will be according to our customers’ requirements. If it is the dry process, the classifier and deduster will be attached according to you requirement.

we just need to transport the satisfied size to the sand making machine by a feed hopper, and When through the role of sand making machine, the final products- artificial sand is formed. After washing in sand washers, the pure sand meeting your requirement is produced.

Large stone( input size is larger than 40mm) is transported to jaw crusher via vibrating feeder for primary crushing. Then the crushed materials are screened out into several different types with a vibrating screen. The stone with satisfied size is transported to sand washing machine, while the rest will be back into jaw crusher or cone crusher for breaking again. When through the role of sand making machine, the final products – artificial sand is formed. After washing in sand washers, the pure sand meeting your requirement is produced.
